In this workshop, we’ll move toward Competitive Intelligence, utilizing data to evaluate specific business vulnerabilities relative to specific competitors. With an engineering practice called FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) we rate not only the competition, but the how, the frequency and the risk of their impact on our business. The combined score helps us determine which companies we need to monitor and for which competitive factors.
